Nazjae Hill
Nazjae L Hill, is a distinguished alumna of North Carolina A&T State University, having graduated
with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Greenville, SC. Throughout her academic journey, she exhibited exceptional leadership as the former president of a hometown organization, showcasing her commitment to community engagement and service.
During her time at A&T, Nazjae held multiple executive positions in prominent organizations such as
the Society of Women Engineers (SWE), the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), and the
Chi Alpha Epsilon Honor Society. Her dedication to excellence and service earned her recognition
among her peers and faculty.
Post-graduation, Nazjae embarked on a dynamic career path, starting with a prestigious Early Career
Experience Engineering Rotator program at the Boeing Company. Her year-long tenure allowed her to gain invaluable industry experience and further hone her engineering skills.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Nazjae remains deeply involved in volunteer work, contributing her time and expertise to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Jean’s Angels, SWE, FIRST Robotics, and Helping Hands of Goose Creek. Her unwavering commitment to both her profession and her community exemplifies her as a true leader and advocate for positive change.

Nelie Kouamou
Nelie holds the position of Software Engineer specializing in Advanced Learning and Production
Analytics at Boeing. Her responsibilities encompass diverse roles, including project management, where she spearheads program integration for innovative projects. As a leader, she supervises team members and
suppliers in the development and implementation of new digital systems and analytical capabilities. Additionally, Nelie is actively involved in Smart factory development, contributing as a developer and one
of the leads.
Educationally, Nelie holds a Master of Engineering in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University, College Station TX, complemented by Master and Bachelor of Sciences degrees in Physics.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Nelie is deeply engaged in engineering and technology communities, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Her involvement spans various organizations, including the
Society of Women Engineers, where she serves as President of the Lowcountry chapter. Moreover, Nelie plays pivotal roles in Boeing’s engagement with external affiliations, serving as a focal leader for the Society of Women Engineers and National Society of Black Engineers. Passionate about gender equality in STEM, Nelie dedicates herself to supporting and empowering women
in engineering. In her leisure time, she indulges in travel, movies, socializing with friends, photography, and exploring new cuisines.

Jennifer Meador
Jennifer is a Research Engineer with the Ingevity Corporation focusing on additive
manufacturing. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee
Technological University in 2001 and her Master of Science of Paper Science and Engineering
from the Institute of Paper Science and Technology in 2003. She began her career in Charleston with the MeadWestvaco Paper Mill where she concentrated on process engineering and technical
sales.
After focusing several years on her family as a military spouse and mother, Jennifer and her
family have returned to the Lowcountry as their permanent home. She recently served as the
Chair of the Charleston Engineers Joint Council and the past three years as the treasurer of the
Society of Women Engineers, Lowcountry Chapter. She serves on CSU’s College of Engineering Advisory Board and ECPI’s Engineering Technology Advisory Board. Jennifer is currently a Board Member of the Girl Scouts of Eastern South Carolina Council as well as a parent volunteer in her daughters’ troop for the past ten years.
She continually supports and volunteers with the CBHS Band Booster Club as President. In her
spare time, she enjoys being creative, playing the oboe in the community band and spending time with her family.

Maria Good
Maria grew up in Mexico and graduated from the University of Michigan with a master’s degree in
engineering and manufacturing. She spent ten years working in Mexico for General Motors where she worked in different roles like Body Shop Planner, Complex Planner Coordinator, and Information Technology Engine Plant Manager. After moving to the United States (2005) she started working with Force Protection Industries (later General Dynamics) as a Configuration Management Engineer. Joined Boeing in 2015 as a Systems and Data Analyst (Product Systems group).
She is passionate about leaning processes, eliminating non-value-added work, innovating, and helping teams reach their potential. As part of continuing her education, completed the Certification SAFe® 5 Program Consultant with Scaled Agile. Along her career she has being gaining extensive experience in the following areas: coaching, lean-agility, requirements engineering, architecture/design development,
systems integration, verification and validation, technical planning, technical effort assessment, risk
opportunity management and process definition among some.
She is always happy to meet and help people! She received 2018 CCG-Women of Color (WOC)
Technology All Stars award during Women of Color conference in Detroit, MI. and in June 2020 she
was selected by the Product Systems Leadership Team as a recipient of the June CIO Cash Award, she graduated LX class 2023, supported various activities, like BSC Site Lead/Deputy, as well as helped with her strengths supporting different groups in Boeing like Quality and Enterprise Technology Strategy to complete the assigned projects with excellence. Current official job assignment is Release
Train Engineer / Project Manager for the Architecture and Integrations Group, supporting
Engineering IPT, Digital Transformation.

Adrien Hensley
Adrien Hensley is a transformative leader with over 17 years of experience in STEM, guiding teams through innovation and digital transformation. At Edward Jones, she leads a skilled group of agile coaches, release train engineers, and scrum masters, empowering them to deliver exceptional results in the STEM-driven Digital, Data, and Operations Division (DDO).
Adrien’s passion for STEM and agile methodologies earned her recognition as a Boeing Designated Expert in Agile Software Development and Lean Product Management. Her work drives continuous improvement and inspires teams to push the boundaries of what’s possible in the ever-evolving world of technology and STEM.
As a certified professional coach and Scaled Agile Program Consultant, Adrien excels in mentoring emerging STEM leaders, fostering a culture where technical excellence meets personal growth. Through her leadership in the DDO DEI Inclusive Leadership workstream, Adrien is dedicated to creating inclusive environments that champion diversity in STEM fields.
With her strategic vision and deep commitment to STEM, Adrien transforms how technical teams collaborate, innovate, and achieve greatness.

Prerit Kwatra
Prerit Kwatra is a Product Engineer at Cummins Inc., known for his technical expertise and innovative
approach. Born in Delhi, India and raised in Dubai, U.A.E, Prerit brings a global perspective to his work. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech Class of 2022, where he developed strong problem-solving and design skills.
At Cummins Inc., Prerit excels in developing and optimizing high-quality, efficient products, contributing significantly to the company’s success. His dedication to excellence and ability to tackle
complex engineering challenges set him apart in his field.
Outside of work, Prerit is passionate about health and fitness, maintaining an active lifestyle. He also has a strong interest in financial markets, continually expanding his business knowledge. Prerit Kwatra’s journey reflects a blend of technical prowess, cultural awareness, and a commitment to personal and
professional growth.

Noushin Salek Faramarzi
Noushin’s love for science blossomed in Tabriz, Iran, where she was born and raised. Her passion for programming ignited in middle school, leading her to participate in national coding competitions during high school. Driven by her zeal, she pursued a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, joining the university’s robotics team and competing in the Robocup IranOpen with robots for automatic and manual demining.
After completing her undergraduate studies in computer engineering, Noushin ventured to Turkey for a Master’s in Computer Engineering. Her academic journey then took her to the State University of New York at Stony Brook for a PhD in Computer Science, specializing in Natural Language Processing (NLP). Her doctoral research yielded various publications in renowned NLP conferences. Simultaneously, she gained industry experience through internships at companies like Clinacuity and Boeing.
Beyond academics, Noushin dedicated time to mentoring young girls in STEM fields through
organizations like WISE (Women In Science and Engineering), nurturing their interest in engineering. Her remarkable journey culminated in a full-time role at Boeing AI, where she continues to contribute
her expertise in the NLP/AI team.
Noushin’s story exemplifies perseverance amidst various cultural and hardships, intellectual curiosity that transcended boundaries, and a lifelong commitment to learning, empowering future generations in science and technology across diverse communities.

Jigyasa Suryawanshi
Jigyasa Suryawanshi is originally from India and moved to the US five years ago after marrying her high school sweetheart, Vik. Before coming to the US, she completed her undergraduate studies in India and earned an MBA in marketing. After her MBA, she worked as a Market Research Analyst.
After moving to the US, Jigyasa decided to pursue a second master’s degree at the College of Charleston to enhance and advance her technical expertise. During her master’s program in Computer Science, she had the opportunity to intern as a Software Engineer at Cummins Inc., which she later converted into a full-time role as a Scrum Master. In total, she has about four years of work experience in the technical, management, and market research domains.
Outside of work, she regularly participates in CrossFit and enjoys playing badminton and pickleball in her free time. She also enjoys reading non-fiction, self-help, and strategy books. Currently, she is reading Emotional Intelligence 2.0.

Genine White
As a former Makeup Artist & Licensed Esthetician based in New York City, Genine moved back to
Charleston, SC and transitioned into the field of Supply Chain Management during the COVID
pandemic. With the beauty industry being one of the hardest impacted by the pandemic, she made the transition relatively easy because of her keen eye to detail. She enjoys her career at The Boeing Company in the Supply Chain sector and couldn’t imagine being anywhere else! she can’t wait to further her goals in Project Management, Warehouse Operations, and Industrial Engineering within The Boeing Company.
She’s also a nature lover (she loves hiking, the beach, chasing waterfalls, and biking). She also loves thrift shopping (especially blazers), yoga, and she’s also a foodie, a self-proclaimed connoisseur of
brunch. She loves trying new things, travelling to foreign countries, and neighboring states and feeding her adventurous side. She’s honored to be a collegiate member of SWE and wants to continue to further the organization’s mission in the Lowcountry with fellow women.

Hayley Harwood
Hayley Harwood is a design engineer at Boeing. She moved to the Summerville in 2022. Before
moving to the area, Hayley studied mechanical engineering at North Carolina State University. She
conducted research in a lab and had a project engineering internship at a pharmaceutical plant in North Carolina.
Hayley hopes to inspire more girls to pursue a career in STEM with SWE outreach programs. When
she is not working, Hayley enjoys the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
